This new crop from Don Ruben is at the top of our favorite Colombian coffee list! Don Ruben and his wife have a small, 2-hectare farm and mill perched high up on the towering ridge near the town of El Noque, Colombia. Don Ruben consistently produces some of the best tasting and highest-scoring Colombian coffee from this region, and this crop is no exception with delicious notes of honey, dried peach, apricot, rose hips, and hibiscus. Wonderful with any brew method — you are certain to enjoy this new offering!
