Our Nariño comes from the Nariño-Galeras — one of Colombia’s highest growing regions bordering Ecuador and the Pacific Ocean. A delicious coffee at any time of the day.

Origin: Colombia; Nariño-Galeras Region.
Farm/Farmer: Municipality of La Union.
Varietal: Castillo, Caturra.
Processing: Washed and patio dried.
Elevation: 5900-6200 ft.

Roast Level
We source high-quality coffees and we go to great lengths to roast each origin the perfect amount to showcase and highlight the bean’s natural qualities and flavors. In general, our roasts are what most people consider “medium.” Some origins taste better at a light roast, and some origins taste better at a darker roast. Our Head Roaster, Maury McCown, is Specialty Coffee Association certified and trained, and he strives to make sure you get the best the bean has to offer.
