El Descanso comes from the Garzón municipality in Huila, Colombia. The range of microclimates in Huila allows two harvest seasons, producing fresh, delicious coffee year-round.

Roast Level

In general, our roasts are what most people consider “medium.” Some origins taste better at a light roast, and some origins taste better at a darker roast.
