This is one of the best Colombian coffees we’ve ever tasted, and we’re excited to share it with everyone! Palestina is an amazing Pink Bourbon varietal from the Palestina area in Huila, Colombia, and it’s packed full of acidity and balanced by wonderful sweetness. We find notes of crisp green apple, lime, and Ruby Red Grapefruit. The comforting sweetness is packed with baking spice notes like cinnamon, vanilla, and brown sugar. No matter the brew method, anticipate a sweet, comforting cup that’s elevated by vibrant and tart acidity.
